We believe licensing should be easy to understand. Here's exactly what you can do with every track you purchase or download from Davita Bros Music Unlimited.

Overview

When you purchase a track or download one through an active subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that track in your projects.

This license grants you usage rights only — it does not transfer ownership of the music. All rights to the music remain with the original creator.

You do not own the music. You are licensed to use it under the terms described on this page.

What You Can Do

  • Use the music in YouTube videos, social media content, and online platforms
  • Use the music in commercial projects and paid client work
  • Use the music in advertisements, brand campaigns, and promotional videos
  • Use the music in films, documentaries, podcasts, and presentations
  • Use the music in apps, games, and software products
  • Use the music forever — your license never expires

What You Cannot Do

  • Resell or redistribute the music as a standalone audio file
  • Upload the music to stock music libraries, streaming platforms, or music stores
  • Share the file with others outside of your own project
  • Claim the music as your own or register it for copyright
  • Use the music to create a competing royalty-free music library
  • Use the music in AI training datasets or machine learning systems

Subscription Clarification

While subscribed

  • Download unlimited tracks at any time
  • All downloads are available instantly
  • New tracks are added regularly

After cancelling

  • You cannot download new tracks
  • Previously downloaded tracks can still be used forever
  • No need to renew to keep using what you've already downloaded

In short: download during your subscription, use forever. Cancelling your subscription does not affect tracks you have already downloaded.

Pay-Per-Track Clarification

  • Each track purchased for $2 includes a full lifetime license
  • No subscription is required — it is a one-time payment
  • The license applies only to the specific track purchased
  • You can use the track in unlimited projects, forever

Termination

Your license may be terminated immediately if you violate any of the terms described on this page.

In the event of termination, you must stop using the music in all current and future projects and remove it from any published content.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect the rights of our creators.
